BRIEF
JMG (Jon Mitchell Garage) are an independent Porsche garage located in Ferndown. Now in their 3rd generation of family ownership, Jon Mitchell Jr wanted to bring the garage in to the modern, social world and required help. After contacting us via our website, we arranged performed a free business evaluation to access what was currently in place, what wasn’t and next steps.

ANALYSE
Our analyse of their social media accounts showed that there had been interaction from time to time with Facebook and Instagram, but the uploads were sporadic and very far and few between. However, when the uploads went live the interaction was high and showed that all pages were still active and that their audience were still engaged.

SOLUTION
We sat down with Jon and Claire Mitchell and came up with a strategy to create a constant flow of content to JMG’s social channels. This solution was a fortnightly visit where a member of the team would capture stories from around the workshop and drip feed them across the channels. We designed this method to keep their costs low but at the same time keep a constant input of content.

RESULTS
JMG Porsche’s Instagram and Facebook accounts now have well over 1000+ followers which was a 400% increase. They receive regular, loyal input from their customer base and gain new leads monthly.
